A: The antibody is 0.5 mg and antigen is 50 ug. Customization service can be available here.
Q: Which MOQ(Minimum order Quantity) and price of your antigen and antibody are sold?
A: Generally speaking, it is at least 1 mg. And we provide discount for bulk orders. You can get our stepwise quotation from sale manager.
Q: After receiving the product, how to store it?
A: There will be a COA attached with the shipment documents.Please store it by following the guide of COA. Our biotech raw materials can be in freeze-thaw condition at least one time. If you can not store it by our recommendation, we can not sure about the product’s performance.
Q:What's the validity time?
A: Our validity time will be calculated from our production time. We make sure that the validity are over than 6 months. During the validity time , if you have any need, please contact us in time.If you have any special demand, please communicate with us before placing the order.
Q:What's your lead time?
A: It is around 3-5 days if the product is in stock. If it is not in stock, please contact us in advance before placing order. It will be affected by MOQ, payment terms , transportation factors and etcs.

Q: Can antibodies be used in all applications?
A: Antibodies are most likely to be used in sandwich-based detection systems. There are different test platforms for different application scenarios. Generally speaking, it will involved by latex turbidimetry, immunochromatography and chemiluminescence, etc.. Functional applicability analysis will be carried out during product development and subsequent quality control. Q: What's your capacity of antibody and antigen?
A: The production schedule can be adjusted flexibly to meet the needs of customers, and the production scale can reach 100 g/batch.
Q: Most antibodies use a buffer containing sodium azide. Is it possible not to use sodium azide?
A: This is not recommended. If removing of sodium azide products, we will not be able to assume any quality responsibility and can not offer any recommendations on the expiry date. Since sodium azide can be removed during dialysis, it is recommended that you perform the procedure yourself before using the raw material.
Q: Which animals are used for producing antibodies?
A: In the short term, our antibodies develop most of the mouse-based hybridoma technology that can use secondary antibodies such as rabbit anti-mouse or goat anti-mouse antibodies, new antibody products will be developed in the future using new technical solutions (such as: Single b-cell technology platform) .Pre-sale consultation will be strongly recommended.
