Anti-Taq DNA Polymerase antibody
Product Introduction
Taq enzyme monoclonal antibody, suitable for Hot-Start PCR. After binding with Taq DNA Polymerase, it can reversibly block the activity of DNA polymerase, thereby inhibiting the production of non-specific amplification or primer dimers at ambient temperature before thermal cycling.
Product Feature
- High sealing efficiency: low antibody usage (fusion ratio: 0.08 μg Taq antibody/1 U Taq enzyme), - antibody sealing efficiency is not less than 90%;
- Good batch stability: large-scale suspension cell production, reducing host antibody nucleic acid residues, with extremely high purity and batch stability;
- Wide applicability: suitable for hot start of various Taq DNA polymerases;
Product Application
- Taq DNA polymerase sealing
- Hot start PCR
- Enhance Taq enzyme stability
- Obtain good linearity using sealed antibodies

Sealing effect of different concentrations
Figure 1. The blocking effect of different concentrations of Taq enzyme monoclonal antibody (CSB-DA403AmN①) on Taq DNA Polymerase.
Figure 2. Amplification of human RNaseP gene using Taq DNA Polymerase blocked by Taq enzyme monoclonal antibody (CSB-DA403AmN①), with template gradients of 5ng, 500pg, 50pg, and 5pg, to make a standard curve. It can be seen that R2 is 99.35%, amplification efficiency is 98.957%, linearity is good, and there is no non-specific amplification.
