HiFi DNA Polymerase
Product Introduction
HiFi DNA Polymerase is a new generation of high-fidelity DNA polymerase derived from Pfu DNA Polymerase. Compared to Pfu DNA Polymerase, the performance of HiFi DNA polymerase has been greatly improved, and it can quickly and accurately complete PCR reactions even for complex templates. Its fidelity has been significantly improved. This product comes with an optimized enzyme buffer containing PCR-enhancing components, giving the enzyme extremely high amplification efficiency and broad template adaptability, suitable for amplification of complex templates. The amplified product has blunt ends.

- Purity >95%, no residual nuclease, low residual host gDNA;
- Fidelity is more than 100 times higher than Taq fidelity;
- Efficient amplification of high GC content targets, poorly purified DNA and long fragment sequences;
- Pre-mixed solution with or without loading dye is available.
