KlenTaq is a modified Taq DNA polymerase that performs well in the presence of most anticoagulants, including heparin, citrate, and EDTA. It is highly resistant to widely used potent PCR inhibitors such as whole blood, serum, plasma, urine, humic acid, bile salts, plant tissue extracts, various food-related inhibitors, GITC, ethanol, etc.
