RTX Reverse Transcriptase

Product Introduction

RTX reverse transcriptase is a reverse transcriptase obtained by expression in E. coli. The enzyme has high temperature tolerance and is suitable for high temperature reverse transcription, with higher stability and reverse transcription synthesis ability. It can be used for RT reactions that require establishment at room temperature; it is suitable for the detection of RNA in amplification reactions, especially suitable for LAMP experiments.
