Product Introduction

HiFi PCR Kit is a ready-to-use premix solution, where 2*HiFi PCR Mix contains HiFi DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system. HiFi DNA Polymerase is a new generation of high-fidelity DNA polymerase, which is a highly thermostable DNA polymerase obtained by recombinant expression in E. coli. It has high amplification efficiency and fidelity. Due to its strong 3' - 5' exonuclease activity, the exonuclease activity gives it higher fidelity than Taq DNA Polymerase, and it also has high amplification efficiency. With the optimized system, it can reach a speed of 1kb/10s and has strong long fragment amplification ability.
