pG-Tn5 Transposome
Product Introduction
pG-Tn5 Transposase fuses Protein G with a highly active, mutant form of Tn5 transposase, possessing both the functions of Tn5 transposase and Protein G. This product fuses a mutant form of Tn5 transposase, which has 1000 times higher in vitro transposition efficiency than the wild type. This product is a pG-Tn5 transposase complex that has completed adapter assembly and can be used for DNA sample fragmentation and CUT&Tag. Compared with the traditional protein-genome interaction research method ChIP-seq, CUT&Tag has significant advantages. The technology has a short experimental cycle, high signal-to-noise ratio, good repeatability, and low cell input, making it especially suitable for research fields such as early embryonic development, stem cells, tumors, and epigenetics.
