Product Introduction

pAG-Tn5 Transposase fuses Protein A/Protein G with a highly active, mutant form of Tn5 transposase, possessing both the functions of Tn5 transposase and Protein A/Protein G. This product fuses a mutant form of Tn5 transposase, which has 1000 times higher in vitro transposition efficiency than the wild type. This product contains pAG-Tn5 transposase and related assembly buffer, specifically suitable for CUT&Tag technology in protein-genome interaction research.
