Product Introduction
CUT&Tag Assay Kit (pAG-Tn5) for Illumina is a library construction kit for researching DNA-protein interactions on the Illumina sequencing platform. It is suitable for mammalian cells, and tissues or plant samples can also be used with this kit after special treatment. CUT&Tag is an emerging method for researching DNA-protein interactions that overcomes many of the shortcomings of traditional ChIP-Seq technology, such as being time-saving, easy to operate, having a high signal-to-noise ratio, and requiring a low starting amount of cells. This kit uses Tn5 transposase fused with Protein A/G, which can bind to antibodies and cut DNA near the target, and after recovering DNA from the cells, PCR amplification can be performed directly to complete library construction. The components in the kit are subject to strict quality control to ensure product stability and repeatability.
