Product Introduction
Omnipotent Nuclease, also known as non-restrictive nuclease or broad-spectrum nuclease, can cut between any nucleotides within the chain, completely digesting nucleic acids into 5'-monophosphate oligonucleotides of 2-5 base lengths. It can degrade various forms of DNA and RNA (double-stranded, single-stranded, linear, circular, natural or denatured) under very broad conditions and is widely used to remove nucleic acids from biological products. This product is expressed and purified in E. coli through genetic engineering and prepared under GMP conditions. It can not only reduce the viscosity of cell supernatants and cell lysates in scientific research, improve protein purification efficiency and functional research, but also be used as a host residual nucleic acid removal reagent in virus purification, vaccine production, protein and polysaccharide pharmaceutical industries to reduce host residual nucleic acids to the picogram (pg) level, thereby improving the efficacy and safety of biological products. It can also effectively prevent the aggregation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in cell therapy and vaccine research.
