T7 RNA Polymerase（GMP-grade）

Product Introduction

This product is a bacteriophage T7 RNA polymerase derived from the expression of recombinant protein in E. coli. Using double-stranded DNA containing the T7 promoter sequence (5'-TAATACGACTCACTATAG*-3') as a template and NTP as a substrate, it synthesizes RNA complementary to the reverse single-stranded DNA downstream of the promoter. Both double-stranded linear blunt ends or 5' protruding ends of DNA can be used as substrates for T7 RNA polymerase, so linear plasmids and PCR products can be used as templates for in vitro RNA synthesis.
