Product Introduction

High GC content enhancer is used for PCR amplification of difficult GC-rich templates. The optimized solution can change the dissolution behavior of nucleic acids and usually enhance the amplification of suboptimal PCR systems with secondary structures and GC-rich regions. Use only in cases of non-specific amplification.
